Payment
25% non-refundable deposit due to secure reservation.Balance (including applicable taxes) due 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 9.7% Colorado Tax and fees not in included in quoted rates.

Policies
| • Check-in after 3PM • Check-out by 10AM • Housekeeping Cabins/No Daily maid service • For Online Booking Only: If booked within 14 days of arrival date the balance due will be charged upon receipt of your reservation. |
Discounts
- 25% off studio cabin rental rate if it is rented with any other cabin.
Other Fees
- $25.00 per person above the MO rate for the rented cabin.
- Any damaged or lost items will be billed to your credit card.
- When reservation is made, receipt of confirmation allows L. R. Taylor Estes Park Cabins to charge your credit card for any excessive cleaning or smoking damage.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation required prior to 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival date to qualify for refund of balance.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date or for non-refundable deposit.
